Project assigned today and first user meetings are on thursday

rough programming spreadsheet done my Nancy

blocking to achieve 40% office / 60% lab done as a goal.  

reading background, reviewing schedule, setting up contact list.

Need to start to prepare for user meeting end of the week.

spoke with sean, nancy E and christian

set up new spreadsheet from template

Will start to migrate Nancy spreadsheet to my spreadsheet.

set up departments initially by meeting invite names, reconcile headcount provided to us to the meetings
